$2007 With a good winter\'s training and a snowboarding trip to Canada in January I was all set for another great year. My focus was entirely on one race this year, the World Championships in September in Fort William. The world cups went ok, but I did not have such a strong start to the season as I hadn\'t been on my downhill bike that much over the winter. One disastrous round of the world cup left me fighting for points all year but I managed to salvage 2nd place overall at the end of the season. Nationally I rode well, winning both rounds I entered and taking the British National Title for the 5th time. However my goal for the year was not to go to plan and a rock in my back wheel, removing 3 spokes about 10 secs into the race left me unable to pedal efficiently and having to settle for 4th place. By far the biggest disappointment of my career and life so far. Still that\'s racing and I am determined to make amends next season. Some more time on the downhill bike this winter is the plan, so off to the Southern Hemisphere to start 2008 !$

$After the 2009 season I had a small operation on my hip to repair an old injury which gave me a few months off my bike. I also started getting some training advice from British Cycling which gave me some new ideas and structure to my winter\'s training which I really enjoyed. Having had a few months off my downhill bike I started the season off pretty slowly on the world cup with some disappointing results. I also enjoyed a return to racing in the US, taking part in the new Pro Gravity Series and the US Open. It was great racing and exciting to be riding at new venues. As the year progressed my racing got better and better and I managed to finish the WOrld Cup Series in 3rd place and then went on to win the title that I have been chasing my entire career. I won the World Championships and turned a poor 2010 season into a year I will never forget. Tracy Moseley 2010 World Downhill Mountain Bike Champion !!$
